BUSKERS @ THE BROOK

December's concert featuring Maire Ni Chathasaigh was one of the twice yearly fund-raisers which Shamrock Promotions organises for the Centre. The event raised £486. Thanks to Seamus & Janet (Shamrock Promotions), Merryl & Pauline who ran the bar, Julian who's many hats included that of stage hand and security guard, Spot On Rural Touring for subsidising the main act, and to the many of you who attended this hugely enjoyable show.

SERENATA
and
BALDERSTONE CHOIR

held an Autumn Concert at St. Leonard's Church on 18th November.

Dessert and coffee were provided in the school after the concert.

This was organised by the Ladies Fellowship at St. Leonard's Church.

The event raised £446 for the Mellor Brook Community Centre. Thanks go to all who supported such a fine evening's entertainment.
